Colin Adkins is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s San Francisco office.  Colin has over 27 years of experience representing insurance carriers in coverage and bad faith matters.  He has provided advice on and litigated matters relating to first- and third-party policies, including issues regarding property damage, bodily injury, coverage B (advertising), construction defects, motor carrier coverage, marine policies, excess coverage, surplus lines, environmental, contribution, subrogation, indemnity, and reinsurance. Read more

Lisa Dawn Levin is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s San Francisco office. Ms. Levin has extensive jury trial, arbitration, mediation, dispositive motion, settlement, pre-litigation, and risk management experience. She focuses her practice on tort and catastrophic loss, commercial litigation, and professional liability, among other practice areas. Eileen Darroll is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Downtown San Francisco and Marin County offices. She has more than 30 years’ experience as attorney. Prior to joining FMG, she worked for two New York law firms. She is an experienced employment attorney, both in litigating all types of employment claims and in advising clients on all types of employee matters including drafting employment policies and handbooks and conducting investigations into employee allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Read more
