Ms. Cowan has extensive experience defending local governments at the trial and appellate levels in cases involving zoning and land use, eminent domain, constitutional law, and environmental law. Heather McFeeley is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Her practice focuses on tort and catastrophic loss and professional liability.
Ms. McFeeley earned her J.D. with honors from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2020. She worked full-time as a paralegal while attending law school at night.
