Mr. Catto’s commercial litigation practice focuses on litigation of commercial contracts, FDCPA disputes, TCPA claims, unfair business practice cases, and trade libel and false advertising, restrictive covenant disputes, as well as claims brought against individual owners, executives, and directors and officers for alleged breach of fiduciary duty and alleged improper usurping of business opportunities. His professional liability practice includes the defense of homeowner associations, real estate professionals, lawyers and other professionals as well as architects and engineers named in litigation involving multiple types of residential and commercial construction.
