Overview

Thomas Livingston is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Diego office. Mr. Livingston’s practice focuses on defense of claims in the areas of tort and catastrophic loss, employment law, and professional liability. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Livingston worked as a staff attorney at Robbins, Geller, Rudman & Dowd, LLP, after being admitted to the California bar in January 2021. Mr. Livingston worked on complex class-action securities litigation cases and assisted attorneys with document review and preparing motions. Mr. Livingston then worked as an associate attorney at Neil, Dymott, Frank, McCabe & Hudson, APLC focusing on medical malpractice defense and general tort actions. 

Mr. Livingston is a graduate of Cornell University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Law & Society. Mr. Livingston received his law degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Livingston is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Defense Lawyers, the Federal Bar Association, and the Southeast Asian Bar Association.
