Overview

Robin Foret is Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Dallas office.  Ms. Foret possesses 28 years of experience representing business and management in diverse areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation and other business matters.  She is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  She routinely represents clients in a variety of employment-related, professional and commercial matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies.  Her experience with employment-related matters includes, but is not limited to, theft of trade secrets; copyright infringement, breach of employment agreements; Title VII discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Family Medical Leave Act; the Fair Labor Standards Act; and FIRA-related securities matters and FINRA arbitrations; severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants; whistleblower claims under the Sarbanes Oxley Act and other statutes; employee embezzlement and white collar crime and worker’s compensation non-subscriber matters.  Ms. Foret has an active litigation practice in the areas of employment, business and other matters.
