Ms. Foret possesses 28 years of experience representing business and management in diverse areas of labor and employment law, commercial litigation and other business matters. She is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She routinely represents clients in a variety of employment-related, professional and commercial matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Her experience with employment-related matters includes, but is not limited to, theft of trade secrets; copyright infringement, breach of employment agreements; Title VII discrimination, the Americans with Disabilities Act; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the Family Medical Leave Act; the Fair Labor Standards Act; and FIRA-related securities matters and FINRA arbitrations; severance agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants; whistleblower claims under the Sarbanes Oxley Act and other statutes; employee embezzlement and white collar crime and worker’s compensation non-subscriber matters.
