Overview

Michelle Youngblood is Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Atlanta office and represents a variety of corporate and governmental entities at both the trial and appellate levels in contract, tort, real estate, and general litigation matters. She has achieved successful results for her clients through jury trial, arbitration and mediation, as well as negotiation. She successfully defended an $8.3 million suit for alleged violations of restrictive covenants, theft of trade secrets and corporate opportunity, and breach of fiduciary duty.
