Kingsley Forrester is an Associate Attorney in Freeman, Mathis, & Gary LLP’s Seal Beach office. His practice is focused on civil litigation and employment disputes. He has successfully represented clients across industries and claims including construction, real estate, product liability, bodily injury, commercial trucking, and catastrophic injury. Kingsley is an experienced litigator that has handled state and federal cases, mediations, arbitrations, and trial with consistently favorable results.
Before practicing law, Mr. Forrester attended University of California, Irvine where he studied Criminology, Law, and Society and graduated with high honors. Mr. Forrester then attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he competed with the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy team. Mr. Forrester also received a certificate from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.
During law school, Mr. Forrester worked with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office: Major Crimes division obtaining a murder conviction on a 35-year-old cold case, was an intern at Marvel Studios LLC where he worked on notable films such as Blank Panther and Avengers Infinity Wars, and externed with the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford at the United States Central District Court, Southern Division.
