Jason M. Pannu is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Nashville office. He grew up in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Jason served as President of the Tennessee Bar Association in 2018-2019. Jason has handled a variety of matters in the area of complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on the construction industry and he also handles professional liability and insurance coverage matters.
As part of his construction law practice, Jason advises architects, engineers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, and material suppliers on large-scale construction projects. He regularly appears in State and Federal Courts and arbitration on construction defect, professional negligence, breach of contract, lien, and bond claims. In his professional liability practice, Jason represents accountants, lawyers, insurance agents, consultants, brokers, and miscellaneous professionals.
Jason is fluent in Cantonese Chinese and French.
