Eileen P. Darroll

Ms. Darroll has extensive trial experience. She second-chaired several long-cause matters more than three months in trial. She litigated many employment cases and obtained summary judgment in virtually every case while she defended the Los Angeles County Medical Center against employment claims.  She also obtained a $100,000 attorney fee award against a plaintiff in a FEHA case for the Los Angeles County Medical Center.  She has litigated Berman hearings before the California Labor Commissioner. She has authored writs to the court of appeals and prepared appeals and defended appeals in the court of appeal.
