Overview

Edward Solensky Jr. is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Newark office. Mr. Solensky focuses his litigation practice in the areas of premises liability, transportation defense, and insurance and coverage matters in state and federal court. His clients include self-insured retailers and supermarkets, national trucking companies and primary and excess insurers. Before entering private practice, he served as corporate counsel for Burns International Security Services, where he directed the company’s self-insured litigation program. Mr. Solensky’s involvement at Burns affords him a unique perspective in defending cases of inadequate security. He is also experienced in all phases of alternative dispute resolution.
