Overview

Chris E. Williams is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s – Downtown, Los Angeles office in the Torts & Catastrophic Loss Practice. Mr. Williams has experience throughout all aspects of the civil litigation process, including the drafting of pleadings and motions, legal research, law and motion practice, discovery, and depositions.

While completing his studies at Loyola Law School, Mr. Williams served as a Certified Law Clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office—Major Crimes Division, and then as a Certified Student Advocate with Loyola Law School’s Juvenile Justice Clinic, where he represented minors throughout all phases of a juvenile proceeding. Following graduation in May 2019, Mr. Williams was a recipient of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocate’s Fellow in the fall of 2019.

Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, Mr. Williams worked at a national defense firm where he primarily handled the defense of corporate clients in toxic tort cases. Mr. Williams also has experience in other areas including premises liability and personal injury.
