Brian Goldberg is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Atlanta office. He concentrates his practice on commercial and business disputes, professional liability defense, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, creditor-rights litigation, lender-liability defense, and premises liability defense. He has been recognized and selected five consecutive years in a row as a “Rising Star” in Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine (2018 – 2022) and is a frequent speaker at national conferences.

- Represented homeowner in breach of warranty of title dispute resulting in a money judgment against defendant for over $120,000.00.
- Represented private lender in obtaining summary judgment against commercial debtor resulting in a money judgment in the amount of over $250,000.00.
- Represented numerous homeowners to remove security deed of a defunct mortgage lender through declaratory judgment.
- Represented national mortgage lender in a dispute against another national mortgage lender to remove unlawfully filed security deed.
- Represented one of the largest private equity firms in the world in dispute in State Court and obtained dismissal for lack of personal jurisdiciton.
- Represented national bank in State Court with favorable result against a borrower that fraudulently released a security deed.
- Represented publicly traded property management company in dispute in state court that resulted in favorable settlement terms.
- Represented private lender against pro se litigant that resulted in dismissal of all counts and a bill of peace preventing further frivilous filing.
- Represented national bank in numerous foreclosure matters on residential and commercial properties.
