Ms. Santocki has over two decades experience handling claims, monitoring litigation, and implementing and executing quality assurance processes. She provides claims and litigation management services on various lines of business including Employment, D&O, MPL, LPL, A&E, financial institutions, miscellaneous medical, and senior living and aging services. Her experience extends beyond the US market, to include London and Bermuda.
Ms. Santocki stays on the pulse of new and emerging exposures in the cybersecurity, data privacy and technology space. She has advised InsurTechs to help bring them to market and partnered with alternative legal service providers.
Additionally, she has expertise in implementing systems, protocols and optimized staffing models to ensure service excellence throughout the client experience. Ms. Santocki has leveraged these quality assurance techniques to drive efficient and cost-effective delivery of services, enhance client satisfaction and help mitigate client risk.
Ms. Santocki graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and subsequently earned her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She is on the Hartford Chapter Steering Committee of the Professional Liability and Underwriters Society (PLUS) and a regular speaker for industry webinars and panels, sharing insights on trends and best practices. She is a Board Member of Women in Cyber Leadership, which was the recent recipient of the Advisen 2020 Cyber Risk Newcomer Award.
